  • That’s ok! If you can’t make it just let the team know. No need to arrange a swap unless you would like to.

  • If you have a rota clash with kids or AV please prioritise those rotas. No need to arrange a swap or cover for your Peer Leader role unless you’d like to. Just let your team know you can’t make it.

  • We’d encourage you to give things a try, but if you’re not keen to do something you’re rota’d for just let us know ASAP and we’ll change the plans!
